Professor’s Henrique Savonitti Administrative Law Course of was launched in February 2002 and it was named “Administrative Law Manual”, published by Prossegraf. The first edition yielded three runs in less than six months.
Since its second edition, the book has been reworked and expanded, and it was named “Administrative Law Course”, and started to be edited by the Senate.
The Preface of the book is from Court judge and Coordinator of Constitutional Law and Administrative Law Subjects of the Judiciary School of the Federal District, Dr. Ana Maria Duarte Brito Amarante.
In it, the Court judge says “the approach to teaching and in a comprehensive manner, of the issues contained in the curriculum of law schools and public procurement programs,” and she asserts that “a striking feature of this work is the admirable compilation in it of consecrated positions administrative traditional doctrine, assimilated and reworked by the author, supported by solid bibliography”.
Currently, the book is in its 5th edition, published in 2007 by the Senate.
