The book “I sistemi di welfare alla prova delle nuove dinamiche migratorie” collects the proceedings of the Conference on “Citizenship, immigration and rights: welfare systems to the test of new migration dynamics” held in Udine (Italy) on 27 October 2017 as part of the research project having the same title and involved the Department of Legal Sciences (DISG) of the University of Udine and the Center of Comparative Law and Politics – J.C. Escarras (CDPC-JCE) of the University of Toulon. This project is part of the PHC Galileo Programme 2017, funded by the Italian-French University (with the further attribution for the Conference of the related Label) and the French Ministries of Europe et des affaires étrangères and the Enseignement supérieur de la Recerche er de l’Innovation.
In this book, Dr. Henrique Savonitti had the honour to talk about the “Right to Education in Europe”.
Themes of Administrative Misconduct

The book Themes of Administrative Misconduct, published in the end of 2010, by Lumen Juris Publishing House, under the coordination of professors Flávio Cheim Jorge, Marcelo Bee Rodrigues and Eduardo Arruda Alvim, puts together articles from various authors of Administrative Law and Civil Procedural Law on current and controversial issues from Federal Law n° 8429, 1992.
In a chapter entitled “The violation of statement of Binding Precedent is an act of improper conduct?”, Teachers Bruno Dantas Nascimento and Henrique Savonitti Miranda analyze paragraph 3 of article 56 and articles 64-A and 64-B of the Federal Law n° 9.784/1999 (which regulates administrative procedure at the federal level) in light of Federal Law n° 11.417/2006 (which governs the editing, the review and the cancellation of statement of binding precedent by the Supreme Court), investigating whether deliberate breach of statement of binding precedent by a public official is an act of improper conduct that violates the principles of public administration.
Administrative Law Course

Professor’s Henrique Savonitti Administrative Law Course of was launched in February 2002 and it was named “Administrative Law Manual”, published by Prossegraf. The first edition yielded three runs in less than six months.
Since its second edition, the book has been reworked and expanded, and it was named “Administrative Law Course”, and started to be edited by the Senate.
1988 Constitution collection: Brazil 20 years later
The 1988 Constitution collection: Brazil 20 years later it was released in October 2008, at the Plenary of the Federal Senate, to celebrate the 20 years of the promulgation of the Federal Constitution of 1988.
The collection consists of 5 volumes, and contains articles from the most respected jurists and Brazilian parliamentarians, including ministers of the Supreme Court Gilmar Mendes (then President of the Supreme Court) and Marco Aurélio Mello; Minister Nancy Andrighi from the STJ; Senators Mercadante, Cristovam Buarque, Jarbas Vasconcelos, Marco Maciel, Paulo Paim, Pedro Simon and Romeu Tuma; and professors Luis Roberto Barroso, Paulo de Barros Carvalho, Flavia Piovesan, Sacha Calmon Navarro Coelho, José Roberto Bassul, David Luiz Alberto Araujo, among others.
Constitutional Law Course

The Constitutional Law Course by Professor Henrique Savonitti Miranda was released on December 9th, 2004, at the Library of the Federal Senate in Brasilia, in the presence of several authorities.
The 1st Edition was edited according to Constitutional Amendment n° 45/2004, establishing the Reform of the Judiciary, enacted the day before. In it, the author conducts a thorough study of the country’s constitutional law, as well as the issues surrounding its implementation.
