In 2005, Prof. Henrique Savnonitti was honored by the 2nd Panel of the “Postgraduate Course in Legislative Law,” sponsored by the University of the Brazilian Legislative – Unilegis, by the Brazilian Senate. The ceremony took place at 19 hours and 30 minutes on November 22nd 2005, in the Auditorium Petronio Portella, being conducted by the President of the National Congress, Senator Renan Calheiros.
